Golden Treasures' exchange and return policy:
The product can be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, provided the product is in good condition , after you contact us via WhatsApp on the number 0501753550 and send the invoice and product details. You are not entitled to exchange or return the product after 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Bullion orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Once an order is placed and the payment method is Tabby or Tamara, there is no order cancellation, whether the order is being processed or has been shipped. The product can only be replaced with one of equal or greater value; the order itself is not canceled.
- (If the order was paid via Apple Pay, bank transfer, or credit card) the product can be returned within 24 hours of its arrival at our location, with the consumer responsible for shipping costs for both sending and returning the item (even if the product's shipping was free). For exchanges or returns, the consumer is responsible for all international shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company or courier.
- The refund will be issued according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund will be issued in cash if available. If it was made through cards (Mada - Visa - MasterCard), the amount taken will be deducted from the bank transaction fees (which are a percentage ranging between 2 or 2.5%) and the refund will be issued within 5 working days.
- Products purchased through installment plans (Tabby, Tamara) cannot be returned; they can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
- The item cannot be exchanged or returned if it has been resized, enlarged, or its color changed.

- Upon arrival of the shipment at the company headquarters, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Golden Treasures Company reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice in the following cases:
If ( the order is unavailable, there is a pricing error, the required size is unavailable ), the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
- When requesting a product return, a fee of 35 riyals will be deducted for delivering the product to the customer and another 35 riyals for delivering the product from the customer to the store.
